No lights/No LEDs/No Power
If there are no lights displaying on the charger, please check if the RCD is in the 'up' position.⬆️
For help identifying your switchgear, please refer to the below link
If the switch is in the 'up' position, please follow the instructions on how to test your RCD
If the switch is NOT ❌ in the 'up' position, please flip the switch to the 'up' position.⬆️
Return to the charger. You will hear a number of audible clicks as the unit goes through its boot-up sequence and it will display a solid purple light for around 90 seconds.
If there are audible clicks from the charger but no lights please contact us here Submit a request – Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd
If there are no audible clicks and no lights on the charger, please refer to the below link for instructions on how to test your RCD
If the lights change to white, this indicated everything is connected and working as expected. ✅
If the lights change to flashing purple, it is not connected to the internet. Please refer to our connectivity page below for instructions on connecting the charger.
