What to check if your Indra charger has no lights or appears to have no power.
Check the charger’s power supply
- Locate the RCD or RCBO that supplies power to your charger. This will usually be inside your consumer unit or fuse box.
If you’re unsure which switch controls your charger, find out how to identify your charger’s switchgear.
- Check whether the RCD or RCBO is in the on (up) position.
- If the switch is in the off (down) position, move it to the on (up) position.
- If the switch is already in the on position, follow our instructions for testing your RCD or RCBO.
- Return to the charger and check what happens.
When power is restored, you should hear several clicks as the charger goes through its boot-up sequence. It should display a solid purple light for around 90 seconds before changing colour.
