Powercycle/Restart/Reboot
To restart your charger
Ensure your vehicle is NOT connected to the charger🚗
Turn OFF the RCD/RCBO (circuit breaker) for the unit. This is usually clearly labelled in your consumer unit/fuse box.

Leave the unit powered OFF for 5 minutes ⏱️
Turn the RCD/RCBO back ON
The unit will go through its boot-up colour sequence and then show a solid white light.
- The charger boot up sequence is indicated by a solid purple light🟣
If the solid purple light remains on the charger for longer than 90 seconds, please refer to the below page
