Can't unplug the cable from the vehicle? 🚗
The charger does not lock the cable into the vehicle; this is controlled by the vehicle.
First make sure the vehicle is unlocked and the active charging session has stopped.
Try pushing the charging cable connector firmly into the vehicle charging port while pressing the release button on the port, then pull it out.
If this fails, most vehicles have an emergency manual release for their charging port, please refer to your vehicle user manual for more information on where to find this.

If you charging cable is stuck and will not release from the charger, first make sure the active charging session has stopped and the vehicle is disconnected.
Then try pushing the charging cable connector firmly into the charger, give it a jiggle and then pull it out.
