Connected via an Ethernet Cable 🔌
Ethernet/Hardwire/Cat5/Data cable
If your charger is installed with a hardwire, please check:
- If the Ethernet cable connected to the Wi-Fi router.
- If there is any damage to the Ethernet cable.
- If the Ethernet connector is loose or damaged in any way.
- Does the Ethernet cable connect to a Wi-Fi booster/extender as opposed to the router directly? If it is, is the booster/extender connected to the router?
Ethernet is the most reliable method of connection which suggests there may be an issue with the cable. We would recommend getting a local electrician to inspect the Ethernet cable and connections for damage and perform a continuity test.
