Leaving the charger at the current property
If you no longer need your charger or will not be taking the charger to the new property, you can leave the charger fitted where it currently is.
- Contact our support team to have your account removed from the charger ready for the new owners -Submit a request – Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd
- Warranty will remain for the new property owners
Taking your charger with you
Your charger can be moved to your new property by a competent and qualified electrician. Please contact our support team to advise the new property address. Up to date installation details will need to be recorded for the charger - Submit a request – Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd.
The warranty is void if the product is moved to another site without Indra’s involvement.
