Was the charging session completed before you created your account?📱
Charging sessions are only linked to your account after the account has been created in the app.
If any charging took place before, or during the account creation, those sessions will not be associated with your account and will not appear in your charging history.
Was the vehicle unplugged after charging?🔌
A charging session is not completed until the vehicle is unplugged.
Charging history is uploaded and processed once the session has ended, so it may take a few minutes for the session to appear in the app after unplugging the vehicle.
Are you signed in to the correct account?📱
If you have multiple email addresses or accounts, please ensure you are logged into the account that was used to set up the charger.
Was the charger offline during the charging session?🚫
If the charger was offline while charging, it may not have been able to upload session data to our platform.
As a result, the charging session may not appear in the app's charging history.
Charging History is Incorrect
Session Times Appear Incorrect⏱️
Please note that charging session times are recorded from when the vehicle is plugged in until it is unplugged.
This means the session duration shown in the app may be longer than the actual time the vehicle was actively charging.
For example, if a vehicle is plugged in at 6:00 PM and unplugs at 7:00 AM, the charging history will show the full period, even if charging only occurred during part of that time.
Charging Costs Appear Incorrect 💰
Check your electricity tariff settings
The app calculates charging costs using the tariff information entered under:
Settings > Electricity Supply
If your energy provider, tariff, or electricity rates have changed recently, please update these settings to ensure charging costs are calculated correctly.
Did charging occur outside of your off-peak window?
Any charging that takes place outside of your configured off-peak period will be charged at your normal electricity rate.
For example, using Boost charging may cause some or all of the session to occur at your higher daytime rate, resulting in higher-than-expected charging costs.
