Vehicle not detected

When the charger detects a vehicle connected, the status lights will begin to flash.

If not, the charger cannot see the vehicle is connected. Please follow the below steps:

• Ensure the charging cable is connected to the vehicle and charger firmly (Vehicle only for a tethered charger).
• Lock the vehicle.
• If using an untethered charger, try the above with a different charging lead (sometimes charging cables can get damaged or worn out).
