How to unlock your Indra charger when the unlock option is unavailable in the app.
The following process will unlock a charger, If you charger lights show it is locked, but unlock is unavailable on the app:
- Turn OFF both the charger (at the RCD) and your Wi-Fi router. 🔌
- Once the Wi-Fi has fully disconnected, turn the charger back ON (but keep the Wi-Fi OFF).
- Allow the charger to power up and leave it for 15 minutes with the Wi-Fi still off.⏳
- After 15 minutes, the charger should unlock itself and the main LED will flash purple.
- Turn the Wi-Fi back ON and wait a few minutes for the charger to reconnect.
✅ Once successfully unlocked and connected, the main LED will display solid white.
