The charger is ready to go
Flashing White - Connecting
The charger is online (has an internet connection) but is not connecting to the platform
If the charger is showing as Offline on the Indra app and flashing white, please wait for 10 minutes for the charger to recover. If it does not, restart the charger using the following instructions -Restarting the charger
Solid Blue - Boost
The charger has been set to "Boost Charge".
This means the charger will offer full power to the vehicle straight away.
Note: the vehicle still has control and will only charge when it wants.
Flashing Blue - Firmware update
The charger is performing a firmware update and will return to white shortly.
Green - Schedule
The charger has a schedule set either in the Indra App or by your tariff provider.
The charger will offer a charge to the vehicle during the specified schedule window that has been set.
Note: Randomised delay will affect the start time of the charge by between 0-10 minutes in accordance with Smart Charge Point Regulations
Flashing Blue and Orange - Bluetooth Pairing mode
This can appear as Blue and Red depending on lighting conditions.
The charger is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
This is used to connect the charger to a phone for Wi-Fi pairing. Please refer to the below page for Bluetooth Pairing instructions.
Flashing Orange - WPS Pairing mode
This is used to connect the charger to your Wi-Fi router via WPS.
Flashing Purple - No connectivity
The charger is not connected to the internet.

Solid Purple - Boot up
The unit is in its Boot Up sequence which takes up to 90 seconds.
If the charger remains in this mode for longer than 90 seconds, please refer to - Solid Purple Light.
Flashing Red - Temporary error detected
This means the charger has detected an issue which should pass with time. When it has passed, the charger will continue to charge as normal.
If this status continues for more than 10 minutes, disconnect the vehicle.
If the flashing red light remains, please refer to - Restarting the charger
A flashing red light, which passes with time identifies an issue with the supply voltage to the charger from the grid. For more information, please refer to O-PEN Fault Protection
If there is no change after the restart, please contact our support team.
Solid Red - Error
The means charger has experienced an error.

Off - No power
Please refer to this page for next steps - No lights on the charger
Status Lights
Off - No vehicle connected
The charger cannot see a vehicle connected to it.
If the charger is not detecting a vehicle is connected, please click - Vehicle not detected.
All Flashing - Vehicle connected
The charger has detected a vehicle is connected and is waiting for a command from a schedule, boost or solar.
This will be identified by the colour of the lights listed above.
Solid - The charger is offering charge
The charger is offering power to the vehicle from a schedule, boost or solar charge. The vehicle is not yet ready to charge.
Scrolling down - Vehicle charging
The vehicle is charging.
Freezing Lights
The primary and status lights have frozen/stopped mid charge.
The lights colour may vary dependent on charging mode.
